Just my ideas and pipe dreams. Not in a favorites order or anything, just mentioning them as they make sense to me. Excluded many characters already confirmed in development (like Ms Marvel, She Hulk, Spectrum, Kate Bishop, Nova, Blade, Moon Knight, Mandarin & FingFangFoom, etc) nor characters in series already with vague connections atm with the MCU (like DD, Punisher, JJ, Cage, Iron Fist or agents of SHIELD, etc)
Negative Zone over Microverse for introductions, and would set up Mr Fantastics the Raft in the realm it took him forever to escape. Would set up in the 80s, when Reed figures out a way to explore a realm he discovered, but does so in secret to avoid Government interference. They get stuck there, and it is how they develop powers
With his mothers ties to mysticism, I would use that as a springboard for Victor to begin his ascension. When he fails to further his goals via magic, he turns to technology as a companion to his magic to give him the ege in procuring his power and mothers soul
Introduce him in Black Panther 2, and use Attuma as the antagonist that begins the war with Wakanda, and whatever the end result, Namors ascension to king of Atlantis leaves him with a lingering resentment towards Wakanda and T'challa
Marvel Needs Norman, he is Marvels Lex Luthor. That being said, not sure how to integrate him being a co owned property
However he is introduced, I'm down
My favorite cosmic character, and would love to see Keanu Reeves as him. Especially after seeing the Day the Earth Stood Still
Space Jesus, should be a good aligned character that doesnt always fit into the mold of the peoples of the galaxy over the benefit of the cosmos first and foremost.
The Devil of Marvel. He Needs to be introduced much like Norman Osborn
Not sure exactly how they'd make the X-genes origin. And may be a stretch, but I'd probably introduce Xavier and his original class as a school on a secret island called Genosha, where Professor X has kept their identities secret as he waits for the time where they can be revealed without the mistrust of Humanity. With the emergence of the heroic age, he decides that the time would be now? Or he slips up when Magneto makes HIS presence known
Suffrage. He could be introduced as an early friend of Xavier that splits off soon after because he disagrees with the Professor's assessment to hide their existence
Enhancement.Logan would be a failed experiment lost in the wilderness of Canada, until he runs into Hulk, who barely survives the encounter, and only by becoming savage Hulk again. Would also use Sasquatch and Shaman in the origin...(see further down the list)
Ascension. A young mutant at her emergence, she is discovered in Africa by Wakanda
Evolution. A forgotten deity in Egyptian history, he was the first mutant, until he was buried by the Celestials or Eternals for having a Deviant gene along with the mutant gene
Engineering. Nathaniel Essex is a mad scientist without the mutant gene initially, but he steals his power from apocalypse, but accidently releases En Sabah Nur
Arrogance. It would be great to see a Japanese character, that is a mutant, as well as a self successful man that hides his ability until a moment he changes his decision
Ghost Rider can be introduced however they feel like doing so, but should be Zarathos that creates him...
Zarathos is a General of Mephisto, but secretly wants to usurp Mephisto's role
Because of the time traveling heists of the infinity stones, and the resulting fragmented futures of the multiverse, Kang is an easily introduced character in a number of ways...
Deathlok is the future soldier, and could be something of a Marvel version of Terminator; would be great
Otto Octavius is a must return Spidey character
One of my favorite characters of Dr Strange, hoping she shows up in Dr Strange 2, and brings Strange back to the Dark Dimension in the future, Dormammu deserves a rematch and a better fight
Love me some Captain Britain, and would love to see him as the represenative of Merlin and Avalon
Jessica Drew is a fun character, and basically be England's version of Spiderman, with her own origin
His mother was in Age of Ultron, wouldnt be too hard to explain his origins due to his mothers proximity with Ultron?
Based upon Aztec mythology, a Mexican/Latino heroine that would be great and has always been underutilized
Someone, probably her uncle steals an African totem, and brings it home to Mexico to exploit it, but when he dies, his niece eventually finds it, and uses it for good versus her uncles selfish intentions
Much as she is a Spider-man character, I liked the idea of Silver and Black...So my theory would be to have her debutin a Spidey story and transition into stealing something from Silver Sables small nation of Symkaria, and properly lead into the story which would make more sense than dropping a Catwoman wannabe and unknown property like SS imo...
Silver Sable is a great merc character, would love to see her. Another under utilized character that has lots of room to grow. End with Black Cat stealing something of value from Symkaria, and set up a Silver and Black sequel lol...
Madripoor has been strongly rumored to be in Falcon and Winter Soldier, and she would be the kingpin of the nefarious nation
Kraven will probably be introduced in the next Spidey movie, but would be great to see him vs Black Panther as well
Though I know he was already heavily rumored in GotG v3, think I'd like to see him introduce the Savage Lands in the future
with Ka-Zar and Zabu, just using her because she's cooler and to avoid the Tarzan cliche lol...Her origin would be cool after High Evolutionary finds a frozen preserved version of the Prehistoric age and recreates it as his science lab for evolution on Earth. How Shanna and Ka-Zar fit into it would be interesting, and could be done a number of ways
Sauron is High Evolutionary's 1st attempt of mutating the dinosaur gene
Sasquatch would be used in Wolverine vs Hulks story, in place of Wendigo. He could have even been Wendigo originally, that Shaman teaches him to harness his savage mentality
He is a Native American that has strong mystic connections. He and Sasquatch live deep in Canada, and his successes with Sasquatch leads him to be able to help Logan. Maybe even have Snowbird as an Inuit spirit along with them as well
Quasar, not sure about him tbh, especially with Nova being introduced and Quasar is kind of a watered down version of Nova and Green Lantern imo
Phyla Vell could be used in place of Quasar imo, and would intro her as MoonDragons lover
Hyperion could be Marvels Superman, but combined with the multiverse, so there are many versions of him to various degrees
Sentry is second to Hyperion for a few reasons, but power and madness would be a cool concept to explore as well
Atlas would be a great Antmanand Wasp villain that successfully steals and utilizes the Pym tech before being captured and eventually be used as a Thunderbolt character
Simon would be created after a mishap while shooting a movie about Tony Stark, and would bring back the bravado of RDJ
SWORD, she is probably an inevitability
Sabra would be another international character that could be properly utilized as they bring out more world characters. A SHIELD agent with powers possibly?
A fey species that could be introduced shortly after Captain Britain
When Nightmare is introduced in Scarlet Witch or Dr Strange, he would be the representative of keeping tabs on the dream realm
