Note that this image has three bells on the chest, rather than the three horseshoes that Corey Grant put on the chest, or the three spades that Camruth put on the chest.

Michael's Description from PDSH:

Jackpott

Real Name: Rod Steiner

First Appearance: "The Outworlder" webcomic (1998)

Original Publisher: ComicSpace.com

Created by: Michael Dean

Origin: Rob Steiner is a former FBI agent. He and his partner, Mario Sanchez were betrayed during a mob bust, and Rod lost his left arm. Shortly afterwards, Steiner resigned from the Bureau, and decided to use his skills to fight crime as the "One-Armed Bandit," Jackpott!

He is currently hunting down his former partner, Sanchez, who has become the sadistic mercenary known as the Cyber-Knight.

Equipment and Abilities: Steiner is a skilled fighter, marksman and investigator. It is likely that he still has some contacts within the FBI and informants throughout the underworld. As Jackpott, he carries a gun, and he is very quick on the draw. The pouches on his belt contain clips of specialized ammunition, including armor piercing rounds, explosive incendiary rounds, tranquilizer darts and rubber bullets for non-lethal attacks. So, you take your chances when you pull his lever. One attachment for his gun, allows him to fire a small grappling hook with up to 10m of steel wire. The attachment is strong enough to reel him up the wire. Jackpott's mask includes infrared lenses, a voice modulator to disguise his voice and an air filter that protects him from inhaling smoke or light weaponized gasses.

Jackpot (no second "t" on the end), posted to the OSC group on Facebook by Corey Grant. Horseshoes on the chest instead of the bells on Dean's original.

Corey's description:

Jackpot. My version he has a mechanical or bionic arm because I'm thinking how hard would it be for the villains to figure out who this one arm hero was if he didn't hide the fact he was missing an arm.

Note: Despite "my version" in the description, this pic is open source per a previous conversation I've had with Corey.
