    Following the team's debut during the SHADOW WAR crossover, the Shadow Cabinet - a secret team of heroes with an ongoing mission to save humanity from itself - returns! The first issue reveals glimpses of the Cabinet members' origins, as the team's enigmatic leader Dharma sends team members Iron Butterly, Sideshow, Donner, Blitzen and Plus on an underwater mission that isn't what it seems.

    The Best Morally Ambiguous Superhero Team 0

    The Good: Right off the bat, we get to see how some of the main characters behave in their normal lives, and how they transition into 'work.' It's a very effective way at showing us who the characters are with a little bit of subtlety. There's a very good variety of personalities and abilities balancing out the team. The art certainly feels a little outdated, but it's very cool. Shadow Cabinet is a secret organization that does a REALLY good job at keeping themselves secret.
