Literally the only good villain in all of naruto. His influence is the entire show. He was the main antagonist for the entire original series. A legendary Sanin. His dream, to have every jutsu. Even his prisoners were crazy strong. His subordinates are ridiculously powerful. He himself was even a memeber of the akatsuki. oro is a man to be admired, for a very long time, esp sinced he's figured out immortality.
"When there is a true desire in the heart and that desire is strong... That is when he finds real strength that even he did not know he had!"
A God. nothing more needs to be said. He was the first high teir villain One Piece. A confirmed island buster, and has kenbunshoku Haki that is off the charts. He was omniscient to everything in skypia. Without PIS there would be no strawhats to this day. Enel would have reached earth, and taken over, and showed the WB what a REAL God looks like.
"I am lightning. No matter how hard they try, mankind can never overcome lightning. Since ancient times, mankind has labeled the unknowns of nature as God. And anything they could not understand, they feared. Everything which befalls mankind is said to be the work of God. Mankind accepts that it cannot defeat natural disasters. And I am one of them."
-God of skypea, Enel
Aizen is the strongest bleach villian to date. So strong that the only way to stop him was a special hidden seal within a seal! We should never forgot the cool, calm, and collected man with the front hair curl.
All according to plan. he really hit the zanpakto jackpot, and we never even saw his bankai!!
He faked his shikai for hundreds of years. He faked his own death and his body passed a full autopsy in the research department of the 13 court gaurd squads! Aizen is a tactical genius and is truely immortal.
"All living creatures place their faith in someone more powerful than them and they cannot survive unless they blindly follow that person. The recipient of that faith then seeks out someone in an even higher position in order to escape from the pressure. That person then seeks out someone even more powerful that he must put his faith in. In this way all kings are born and in this way all Gods are born. Do not believe in me yet, Hirako Shinji, for now I shall slowly teach you who the God is that you will put your faith in. Believing in me comes after that."
bulleye has always been a favorite villain of mine. Being able to hit anything with anything has always intrigued me. One of the deadliest marksmen on all of the marvel universe having to fight a blind man xD even the idea itself makes me chuckle. But bullseye is no joke, his acuracy is astounding. His skill borders on absurd. He's no slouch and won't hesitate to kill you with even a toothpick.
but the Void.
The void shows us that there are 2 sides to every coin. For all good there must be evil. Without evil how could we even define good? We couldn't. For every good deed the Sentry does the Void acts and does something equally as evil.
"You're me. And instead of fighting me(with no result...) you should just take a step back and look at what you've accomploshed as the sentry. Nothing."

lol who could NOT love this guy? too awesome for words
perfect example of a misunderstood villain. Simon's past is very sad and filled with tragedy. Protecting a young marceline from a changing land, filled with mysterious monsters. While fighting the lunacy that was their only way of protection(the crown). losing his wife, his princess, to the crazyness of the crown, and bein plauged with finding another princess for the rest of his life. Worst of all, he used to wear glasses! what a nerd!
"I know my mind is changing... but I'm already gone too far to know what to do. I want people to know that... if I do things that... if I do things that hurt anyone, please, please forgive me."
childhood villain, he really taught me(as a very small child) what the epitome of being a villain was.
World conquest, absolute power, etc, etc, rinse and repeat. He was really the quintessential villian. Absolite evil to the core.
"Now let us test your enchanted steel against the power of the Titans! "

Not truely a villian but still a bamf :D
"Even now, even with my perceptions moving this fast-- after taking all of jay and barts speed--
--zoom is still just a blur"
Prob my favorite on this list. he taught me what True pride is. As a small child i was very timid and shy, after watching dbz(in elementary school) vegeta taugh me about pride in one's self, and sriving to be better than everyone else, even those who have everything handed to them, or those who seem divinely gifted. hard work truely pays off, and vegeta taught me that.
I've only come to tears maybe 3 times in all my anime watching life. Once when sanji was beat up by the franky family and luffy, sanji, and chopper went to avenge him.
Once when vegeta sacrificed himself to kill buu, and asked piccalo if he'd see kakarot in other-world.
And lastly tears of joy when vegeta went ssj for the first time against the androids! :D
"Man! Frieza... the day will soon be here that we won't take any more orders from him, you watch."
