Respect General Tuzik and the Hypothetical Army (Complete Respect Thread, Probably)

arf, more obscure stuff

Introduction

Another villain guys haven't probably heard of. Leader of a totalitarian country, Tuzik would wiggle his way into commanding the world's leading anti-metahuman weapons, allowing him a almost unstoppable arsenal of gear that almost brought the JLA to their knees.

This RT covers both Tuzik and his gear, but also the Hypothetical Army, his squad of meta humans.

Durability

No sells multiple JLA members attacking him in his mutated form while distracted, with the lasso doing absolutely nothing to him. (JLA Classified #21)

Gear

Scan 1/2- Uses multiple Chemo constructs to fight Sups and Manhunter, with them struggling massively in dealing with them without said constructs exploding. (JLA Classified #18)

Scan 3- Ultimately need the assistance of Wonder Woman to BFR the constructs to space due to being just too dangerous to fight on Earth.

Scan 1/2/3- Uses Key developed neural satellite cannons to TP a large city, causing a painful headache that not even Manhunter can get past properly with his TP defences (JLA Classified #17)

Scan 4- The neutral cannons are strong enough to badly weaken Superman and Manhunter to the point where they struggle to think at all.

Scan 5- While John Stewart is just able to destroy it without being knocked out, he still faints under the mental pressure of being right next to it.

Scan 1/2- Uses a micro-Starro viral infection to take over Flash and a whole town of people at once. (JLA Classified #16)

Scan 3- The Starro Virus is intelligent, knowing how to adapt to substances and obstacles in front of it.

Scan 4- It eventually turns Flash raving mad, forcing him to use his powers against Wonder Woman to beat her up.

Scan 1- Said Starro Virus is able to adapt enough to get past Stewart's defences and ring, adapting to it molecularly and becoming immune to its effects. (JLA Classified #20)

Scan 2- It also adapts to Martian Manhunter's TP when he tries to use it again to stop them from attacking, overwhelming him easily.

The Hypothetical Woman

Scan 1/2- Can indirectly turn people into metahumans via them dying in her presence. She states that she has a "little bit of heaven and hell" in her which allows for divine mutations of subjects, basically. (JLA Classified #18)

Turns General Tuzik into a Amazo/Robot Man/Prometheus/General composite along with him amping himself with multiple potions (JLA Classified #21)

Intellect

Manages to outsmart the JLA mid coup despite being outnumbered and without any resources, able to secure himself exile in the East (this assault keep in mind was organised by the JLA, including Batman) (JLA Classified #16)

Scan 1/2- Convinces the leaders of the world to hand over their counter-contingencies for the Justice League to him (JLA Classified #16)

The Hypothetical Army

Dybbuk

Can manipulate any form of matter he wishes (JLA Classified #19)

Creates a larger tank construct to fight John Stewart, and beats him up for a bit (JLA Classified #21)

Is capable of using Diana's lasso against her (JLA Classified #20)

Ghost Lion

Can tell stories that end or start with anything he likes, basically advanced reality warping as long as he can think of the correct narrative to use. (JLA Classified #19)

Scan 1/2/3- Knocks out Wonder Woman by hitting her with the narrative of the unsinkable Titanic (JLA Classified #20)

Summons Zod and some other Kryptonian murderers to beat up Superman with. These constructs were strong enough to basically completely outmuscle Clark until he got assistance. (JLA Classified #21)

Jin Si

Is the literal incarnation of hand to hand combat, nearly unstoppable at fighting and next to unbeatable. (JLA Classified #19)

Batman gets his butt kicked by her while multitasking (JLA Classified #20)

Breaks one of Batman's blood vessels and a bone via leaping kick (JLA Classified #20)

While Batman does take the advantage for a bit, she later starts to beat his ass again badly. Batman only wins when he has Flash to help him out. (JLA Classified #20)

Marieke

Is made of and also can generate massive amounts of saltwater rapidly, capable of changing the world's climate in a few hours (JLA Classified #19)

Is able to drown Wonder Woman with her own Lasso, needing Flash to assist her in getting out (JLA Classified #21)

Traps Wonder Woman in a continuous wave along with a bunch of soldiers and tanks (JLA Classified #20)

Soldat

Scan 1/2- Has enhanced stats and has psychic knifes that can cut through basically anything (JLA Classified #19)

Is able to slice and draw blood from Sups while keeping up with his speed and stats in a fight momentarily (JLA Classified #21)

Slices through Ghost Lion's Zod construct and kills him (JLA Classified #21)

Velocista

Nearly as fast as the Flash, as well as being able to slice through solid steel merely by running around with her SpeedForce aura. (JLA Classified #19)

Scan 1/2- Keeps up with Flash while moving in nanoseconds, slicing him with her solidified Speed Force aura. He struggles with her for a extended time until he gets assisted from the JLA alas. (JLA Classified #20)

Conclusion

Very powerful. I consider Tuzik to be a great prep user with his massive amounts of gear while the Hypothetical Army are fairly powerful, capable of scraping with high tiers and actually beat them for the most part. Very underrated, but very potent.
