Sahdett was a Jedi Master during the last years of the Galactic Republic. He survives Order 66 due to his fighting skills and he leaves behind a pile of Clone Trooper corpses.

Sahdett was a skilled swordsman, not top tier like Maul or Vader, but he was was certainly above the average.
