Kiyoshi Morioka. Kiyoshi=quiet. Land of Death originally from Konoha but brought to LOD after birth. Jounin

Height: 6ft 4 inches. Weight: 250lbs. Hair: Long black hair. Skin: Brownish Black (African like). Eyes: Black Age: 14

Land of Death: A war ridden land. This place is home to only the most formidable opponents. Bodies everywhere you step. Very few people live here.

Appearance: Wears all Black. His hair flows down to his back. Wears a black robe with pants under it. On the robe is the word Shi in the front below the neck which means death and is the name of his friend. Blue and Red stripes are on the upper torso and lower torso but not in the middle. His pants have no coloring they're just black. On his back he carries 2 swords which he uses for combat.

Fighting Style:

Kekkai Genkai: Blood power. Unique to Kiyoshi's bloodline is the blood power. Whenever in a battle and if any fighter loses a drop of blood his skills change dramatically but first his arms automatically absorb the blood. When he absorbs the blood that leaves him open for a second. Kiyoshi's power quadruples on 1 drop of blood and can keep increasing but there's a limit. He can only increase his power by 4 about 3 times. So 3 drops of blood and his power increases by 12 which makes him a almost unbeatable opponent. He can manipulate the blood in his body to form powerful weapons, shields, and use the blood in his body for special jutsu.

Ninjutsu:

Kiyoshi knows most types of elemental jutsu like Grand fireball or Earth shake but uses a special type of jutsu called Blood limit. Blood limit uses specific hand signs in order to trap there opponent and while the opponent is trapped in the dome made of blood and chakra Kiyoshi then extracts all the blood in the opponents body for his own use. During Blood Limit Kiyoshi gets coated in a blood shield that can only be destroyed by a powerful move like Raikiri or Chidori. Kiyoshi also knows an ability called Blood River. Blood river uses up blood and a lot of chakra. Blood River transforms the ground into a river of blood engulfing the opponent.

Genjutsu:

Kiyoshi is deadly with Genjutsu. Kiyoshi's favorite Genjustu illusion is Blood Rain. Blood Rain is rain made of blood that causes the opponent to relive horrible experiences in their lives. This jutsu causes most people to go mad or insane with guilt or sorrow. He also knows one other Genjutsu illusion. His other one is Blood Death. This jutsu uses blood so that it creates a dead replica of Kiyoshi while the real one escapes. This jutsu is useful because when he creates the replica the real one turns so small that you can't see him and he grows back to 6ft 4inches when he feels the opponent is convinced.

Taijutsu:

Kiyoshi enhances his Taijutsu with chakra making his attacks more powerful. He uses a gentle fist style, Jujutsu style, and he's a swordsman. Like the Hyuga clan he uses his attacks to block points in the body but instead of blocking chakra points he blocks points where blood flows. As for Jujutsu he uses indirect force to defeat a opponent. He uses throws and the opponents force against him/her. He's also a master at evading. As for Swordsmanship he uses the 2 swords he keeps on his back to fight and to defend.

Bio:

Kiyoshi is quiet most of the time because very few people live in the Land of Death. Kiyoshi has only 2 friends whose names are Shi and Kita. Kiyoshi wishes to know where he comes from because he knows he's not from the LOD but his parents died before he could know. They died when he was 10. Kiyoshi also knows they left him a path to follow to discover where he comes from. Kiyoshi is a proud warrior who doesn’t get overconfident and knows when to flee. He's happy to help anyone he gets to know.

How about in the Land of Snow and we're meeting so we can be entered in a tournament like Akira said to be the next Hokage because Tsunade got tired of it. The person organizing can be Jiriyah because he dosen't want to be Hokage and Kakashi dosen't want that much responsibility yet.

Thats A Kool Idea But The Thing Is Not Everyone is gonna be from konoha and some of the characters have no concerns for konoha it should be held in a general area where there are no countries or dead in the middle of all of them so participants can come from all around

If your character is running through whole teams of people without breaking a sweat I would deliberate they are heavy on the power side and light on the creative side. Not that weakness and creativity are synomonous, but for any good RPG ( or storyline) there needs to be checks and balances. We can't have a bunch of Orochimaru's running around or Naruto's for that matter; who is strong but undisciplined and pays a heavy price for maximum use of his powers.Something to think abouit

Yea I Agree With You On That One My Char Is Jinchuuriki but theres limits on his power he is not all seemingly powerful And He "CAN" Be Beaten,In Fact There Are Still Some Abilities That My Char Is Capable Of But He Still Does Not Know How To Use Them For Instance He Has A Version Of the Sharingan Which He Still Is Not Capable Of Using And Isnt Even Aware That He Has It

Status: Rogue ninja, currently on hiatus

Keishii was a member of the Hidden Cloud Villages elite ANBU squad. He was their main source for assassinations, as he was a master of the Thousand Birds Chidori technique and an excellent escape artist. He was nicknamed "The Flying Thunder" because the last thing that targets saw and heard before their death's was the blue light flash above their heads and the sound of birds chirping. He was revered by the nation, but was equally feared by them too, due to his second personality.

Unlike anyone else in the world with the disorder, he gained his problems through special means. At the age of seven, he was captured by Orochimaru and used in many terrible experiments, in which the Yin/Yang within his body was separated to an extreme. He would have never survived if it were not for his father summoning his own team of select Jonin and ANBU to save the children taken by Orochimaru. He was able to make it seem like a legitimate scheme, but every one knew that he just wanted his son back at all costs.

His chakra was either always negative or always positive, meaning his good days were great, and his bad days were..well, bad. He had to fight to get through the academy, and couldn't bare it for more than a few days at a time. However, the experiments did do him some good. He became extremely good at manipulating this dangerous chakra, as it would multiply and multiply every day.

At birth, his parents named him Amatsu Ichinan (heavenly boy), because they thought it was a miracle for him to have survived being born so prematurely. He was a very small child, and was picked on for years for not being big and strong like his father. But the insults stopped flying once he had his first bad day with his chakra. His doctor had advised his parents not to go to school, but they couldn't tell the difference. The boy that had made fun of him the day before was dead before the academy got out that day.

Years later he perfected all of his lightning jutsu that he could think of, and a good array of physical fighting skill, and he wasn't messed with by the other Chuunin. He felt no guilt from the day that he had killed Oki, the kid that had made fun of him for his size, at all. He also didn't feel in te slightest way had he overreacted. Anyone that got in his way would die, and no one got in his way after that. They had no proof, but everyone knew that Keishi had done it.
