Damn look at those capes tho he be paying tons for those replicas

Introduction

OBAC is fairly cool: he's so overpowered that, despite being introduced as a Dark Multiverse character as apart of the whole 10 year long Death Metal story, he didn't actually show up in the main runs and got memory-holed because of his potencies. He's basically just a really busted Brother Eye proxy with extra bells stuck on. This version happened when Ted Kord didn't die, but actually killed Max Lord himself, taking his place and eventually being corrupted by the same vices that he did. It's a decent enough one-shot.

Obviously scaling to the main universe OMAC units apply here, as well as Brother EYE.

Energy Projection

Kills Booster Gold with a core blast (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Hacking

Scan 1/2- Uses the resources of EYE to bypass and break into the Society of Super Villains network, as well as intercepting and breaking down Alexander Luthor's cyber-defences and stealth (of which were potent enough to hide spying devices in the Watchtower for two years) (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Speed

Scan 1/2- Flies from the Moon to Earth at fast speeds, heading there while mid-conversation (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Technopathy

Converts the Trinity into OMAC units with nanotech (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Easily converts the Titans and Superboy Prime into OMAC units (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Scan 1/2- Uses a improved EYE program alongside the Anti Monitor corpse, combining both into a machine capable of quantifying the multiverse with the most deadly weapon known to man....math (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Scan 3- Further gets elaborated with him detailing how EYE can show the multiverse and the odds of events occurring

Uses his powers to intercept a incoming galaxy wide space war, using OMAC tech to broker a peace deal (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Scan 1/2/3- Instantly kills the rest of the JLA and co with nanotechnology when he commands EYE to do so (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Takes over the Earth with OMAC spam (Tales from the Dark Multiverse- Infinite Crisis)

Conclusion

All in all: not a lot to judge, he's just a really impressive hax guy that pairs well with general OMAC stuff.
