X-Men: Dark Phoenix Reimagined characters
Reimagining Dark Phoenix as the start of a trilogy as opposed to its somewhat standalone original version. Some of the basic ideas still stand, such as Jean Grey gaining the Phoenix Force and being manipulated by a villain into being a force for evil, as well as Magneto forming Genosha. Differences include Mister Sinister being the main villain, with the Shi'ar teased for future appearances. Additionally, the film takes place in 1986 as opposed to 1992, and Professor Xavier and Magneto will have makeup applied to them to make them look older. Deadpool briefly cameos as a resident of Genosha. Attention isn't drawn to him, he's just in the background in one scene.
