    Plot Summary

    Beginning with a recap of Team Death reigning supreme at the end of Ultima Lucha, then flashing forward to Catrina telling the Disciples of Death that they have to acquire the components for Mil Muertes’ throne. The Disciples begin this by murdering a group of mariachis.

    Catrina meets with King Cuerno. Catrina propositions Cuerno to go after Fenix. The Disciples kill many people and then go after Big Rick, who is able to fight them off. Mil Muertes appears and murders Big Rick.

    Using the skulls of their victims, the Disciples create a throne and then a dark energy descends upon The Temple. Mil Muertes, the King of Death, ascend his throne with his title belt while the Disciples continue their murderous spree and Catrina plots in Dario Cueto's office.

    Note

    Though the cover notes #1, this is indeed the second issue of the series as it was released 2 weeks after Peace Keeper.
