    Gloria Hancock was the CEO of Hancock Transport Airlines. She offered an agreement to Taylor Foundation that would allow her planes to use Taylor's airport facilities in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Dwayne Taylor ( Night Thrasher), CEO of Taylor turned her down. In response Gloria hired Air Force to assassinate Dwayne.
