It is unclear just how extensive and vast the ATLiens technological achievements stretch, as it is theorized that their greatest examples are located on their homeworld somewhere beyond the Source Wall. What is known however is that the galactic intelligence of this race is unparalleled, with many of their devices and weapons equipped with a language encrypted genetic wall which uses molecular recognition in order to operate.

But with several recovered artifacts in the possession of HALO, the scientific minds of their secret R&D department were able to devise a small remote device which enables anyone who has said device(s) the ability to operate ATLien tech. Sadly, the true afro-futuristic aesthetics of the ATLines culture has been stripped from all replicated pieces of recovered artifacts. In these artifacts HALO researchers discovered an interstellar map spotlighting several key locations. One of which is known as the Quantum Field. A place of undying power and essence, and the secret source of the HALO batteries god-like ability to endure until the end of time.

From pieces of a wreckage found in the False Bay, reverse engineering was able to replicate and construct a working model of what they believe is an ATLien craft. However their first attempts were continually met with violent failure. Unaware at the time that all ATLien ships - as sentient beings - are grown and incubated, as opposed to constructed from raw materials.

This is a most if the ATLien ships are to perform to the best of their abilities. Included but not limited to interstellar and BTSL travel. The vessels are as big as some American cities. All crafts were outfitted with teleportation portals, extensive defensive weaponry, and cloaking capabilities.

HALO has since been able to birth a solitary replication of the craft. How the company has managed to covertly keep this extraterrestrial enigma - the size of Utah - hidden from the public, remains a mystery.

From the shadows the Quiet Council continues to employ any means necessary in order to prepare for the last stand of the human race. This includes the appropriation of salvaged, reverse engineered artifacts collected from all across the globe.

However none more important then the Aethrium rich artifacts of the mysterious galactic travelers now known as the ATLiens. The same species responsible for the highly advanced culture of the afro-futuristic society of the False Bay.
