Great Lakes Region should be deleted. It's too vague of a location and similar regions have be deleted in the past.

@rutskiuk: We go by indicia naming and when a collected edition includes a sub-title in the indicia that means it is its own volume. If you can produce proof that each of those five do not have unique indicia's then they can be merged.
