Allegra Garcia: Too Good to Be True

The Good: The developments on Allegra Garcia's story seem interesting, and I think she might return someday down the line, which I like because she seems interesting.
And I really like how she interacts with Deathstroke. The back-and-forth dialogue's between them are pretty fun.
We got a very powerful scene from Cinder's backstory, and an equally powerful one in the present. I think she's my favorite member of the team (excluding Deathstroke obviously.) She's a neat new character with a really dark past despite having a several-times-used-before power.
Osiris leaves the team. THANK GOD. He was incredibly obnoxious. Of all the characters, he was the only one I couldn't feel bad for because he was just so much of a damn snotty brat.
It's a point that someone brought up before. Why didn't Deathstroke and co. just leave? Why do they care if the asylum inmates escape? Yeah, so they DO just leave.
Dr. Sinner's casual analysis of Batman's intimidation was pretty neat.
Deathstroke keeps his word. Some more developments on one of the promises Slade made.

The Bad: The scene with The Atom and the Justice League seemed really unnecessary. It added nothing new to the search for Ryan Choi other than that establishing that the JLA does indeed know he's missing. Which I sort of assumed they did. So, whatever.
I don't know what it was, but the scene where Batman casually assisted Roy and offered him help seemed a little awkward.
I get the feeling that we're not going to see how Batman gets out of this mess. It seems like it should be kind of a big thing, who knows how many inmates escaped, but I get the feeling that it's going to be swept under the rug.
Some of the dialogue and some of the ways team members got out of their own personal traps seemed a bit too quick and had some slightly odd dialogue.
I know this is a little petty but why is Red Hood on the cover? Not only was he not in the issue, he was NEVER in Arkham. In a montage of Arkham inmates Red Hood is seriously out of place. He just shouldn't be there.

    In Conclusion: 3/5
Overall it's still a good issue, and it still is a lot better than most of the first issues, but it seems to be falling back into it's old ways a bit. The conclusion seemed a bit too quick, and some of the dialogue could use some work, but in the end there wasn't too much wrong with it as a whole. There were quite a lot of interesting story developments, it's just that they swamped down the issue a little and made it feel a little rushed.

      I am such a badass 0

Breakouts and Arkham are two things tyhat usualy go hand in hand ( otherwise writes for all Batman titles would have to come up with new original villains every month ), but the idea of criminals breaking "in" to the assylum is so mind-boggaling that whoever came up with the idea should already be locked up in the assylum. guess who's NOT in this issue :)  But never the less that is exactly what Slade and his Titans have been doing in this storyline, and all to break out two inmates . Of course...
