It's about time they put the Lizard in it. They've foreshadowed it in the second movie.

Hell yeah they need to put the Lizard in! I know it's the obvious choice but come on, Dylan Baker has been standing around waiting for it for the last two movies!

Why not Connors turning into the Lizard and Kraven hunting both him and Spidey?  I'm sure I'm not the first to come up with that idea.  Seems too easy.

no offense to icarus but i hope its not carnage they ruined venom and i dont want to see carnage get the same treatment. i agree with the lizard idea. what about man-wolf and kraven? i think that would be cool too.

I've been saying it since Spider-Man 2, the villains should be Lizard and Mysterio. Lizard played by the dude that played Dr. Conners in the last two movies and Mysterio played by Bruce Cambell.

I think the villains should be Mysterio,Lizard, Carnage( with a cameo at the end of the movie.), and the third villain could be the Hobgoblin( who as suppose to be in the third movie,but was replace by Harry Osborn as New Goblin(Green Goblin Jr.)) or  a super villain we never seen before.

I really want to see the Lizard and Carnage. I'm kinda iffy about Carnage though, because like everyone else is saying. Raimi screwed Venom up, he'd probably do the same with Carnage.

I agree with the Lizard.  He was always one of my big favs, besides, as Vica said, Dylan Baker has been sitting around for two movies quietly waiting to turn into a psychotic lizard man and reak havoc in the Big Apple.  I'm pretty sure that "Kings" would give him some vacation time for his big break.

However, I don't think that they ruined Venom.  The only complaint I had with venom is that they needed more of a set-up.  THey should've introduced Parker's black costume last movie, had him ditch it, and then saved Venom to the the central villian in this movie.   I DO however think that Carnage would be a bit too repetative right after Venom made an appearence.

I think that for this movie, the Lizard is the perfect way to go. It is a classic spiderman villain, compared especially to the ones they had in the first three. I think using the lizard would give the movie such a more realistic and full feeling. What with Conners being Peter's friend and teacher, the comics did an amazing job of showing his conflict over fighting him, and might bring some life back into these movies. But, I think if they are doing the lizard, it might be interesting to have a small cameo from Kraven. The spiderman comics were always big on throwin Peter with a bit more than he could handle, always making sure he was challenged. But they have to be careful not to et too much into Kraven.

The whole thing with venom was done exceptionally well, and he was obviously the main villain in the movie. But, they didn't focus on him. they spent so much more time focusing on Harry and Sandman that you totally missed out on the awesomeness that could have been done with venom. I think maybe in the second one they should have gone farther into resolving the harry issues, and somehow focus less on sandman. Perhaps being such a short movie and really cramming three villains into one movie was a bit much. I don't know how they could have made it better, it just seemed to me that they were taking too much of the focus off of the point of what venom represents to peter, which is obviously his daker potential, and how he could have just as easily used his powers to become evil, and do whatever he wanted.

It should be the Lizard, Dylan Baker's been waiting for too long. And I'm sure they would make the Lizard really creepy, a real beast. That would be so cool.

Mysterio's always been one of my favourites, but he would look pretty bad in the movie. I mean, he does have a fishbowl on his head. 

Hobgoblin's an interesting choice, but I'm afraid there had been too many goblins by now.

I just hope Raimi doesn't have it his way and cast Morbius. No vampires, please!!

The Vulture maybe? Or some mafia plot? (though I'm not sure that'd be Raimi style, he likes his Spider-Man movies to be shiny and fun)

This is a defo thumbs up from me, I would love to see the lizard in it, Kraven does spark a bit of interest in me tho, Would it be the original or his son? (for anyone who reads war joournal)

I wouldn't vote for Rhino, he couldn't carry the story.

I would think it's much more interesting to watch Spider-Man battle villains who are somewhat smart, well - Rhino's just muscle in a crazy costume.

But Kraven isn't a bad idea. Maybe if they made his costume teensy less extravagant, put his extraordinary hunting skills in - that could be quite exciting.

My vote would go to Scorpion, Electro and the Lizard. Sure, they are not so present like Venom or Green Goblin, but over the years they impressed me. I also belive, that Carnage is worth a thought. But a new version of the Goblin would be fine for me, too.

I think Venom will make a return. If you look closely at the ending where Eddie Brock dies, some of the symbiote was still alive. I hope Eddie Brock lives because he was only Venom for a while and he should have more air-time as a villain. I wouldn't mind Carnage having a role in Spider-Man 4, or maybe Mysterio.

I'd really like to see Vulture be the villain, rocking the duds he rocked in the Web of Shadows game. A lot of really awesome aerial battles above the skyline with Spidey and Vulture would just be so fun to watch.

Really though, I hope they choose a villain with good story arc potential. I love Spider-Man too much to see another Spidey 3 deface everything the first two earned.
