    Wheels on the bus

While this is not the best Secret Warriors story I have read and at times I felt the wheels are just spinning to set up the next issue or two I would still hand it to a friend and tell them to read it.  The action is all in flash backs as the main story centers around an off the books UN security meeting dealing with events that will be revealed in later issues of the series.  It is Nick Fury and his crew against Hydra and Leviathan and some people are gonna get blown the frick up.

There is a very very nice sub plot here as well which ties in with current events pertaining to countries knowingly allowing terrorist to operate with in their borders and doing nothing about it.  Secret Warriors is always a solid and entertaining read.  The art is always top notch and at the end you always want more.  This is a book that you can easily sit down and read the full 17 issue run and still feel like you need more more more!

Secret Warriors #17 This book takes a bit of a detour from the story that we have been reading involving Hydra, the Secret Warriors, and Leviathan.   It was worth the break though to see a meet up of the Howling Commandos and give readers unfamiliar with them a little bit of background on Nick Fury and his trusted friends. The setting through most of the book bounces between a “secret” meeting of the UN Security council personal members and two representatives of the Secret Warriors, and the ge...
