    Review: Secret Warriors #17 0

    While Dum Dum Dugan sits on a senatorial hearing about the Howling Commandos' mercenary status, he also reflects on the glory days Nick Fury's elite outfit had in World War II with Captain America.  The Good Vitti's art is really site to behold and I especially enjoyed the look Imaginary Friends used for the colors, giving it a very washed-out, serious espionage look.     Hellicarriers..Not just for taking out Sentry 0

    Secret Warriors #17 This book takes a bit of a detour from the story that we have been reading involving Hydra, the Secret Warriors, and Leviathan.   It was worth the break though to see a meet up of the Howling Commandos and give readers unfamiliar with them a little bit of background on Nick Fury and his trusted friends.     Wheels on the bus 0

    While this is not the best Secret Warriors story I have read and at times I felt the wheels are just spinning to set up the next issue or two I would still hand it to a friend and tell them to read it.  The action is all in flash backs as the main story centers around an off the books UN security meeting dealing with events that will be revealed in later issues of the series.  It is Nick Fury and his crew against Hydra and Leviathan and some people are gonna get blown the frick up.  There is a v...
