    Origin

Roscoe lived in Detroit with his girlfriend Rosa, his best friend Chevy and Rosa's younger brother Baseball. He was a young man who planned to use drugs to start a life of legitimate prosperity but was caught by the police and thrown in jail. There he got his hands on MPH and gained super speed.

    Creation

Roscoe was created by Mark Millar and Duncan Fegredo

    Powers & Abilities

Roscoe could only possess super speed thanks to the drug MPH, which also seemed to grant some measure of enhanced endurance as the users could withstand a limited amount of physical damage, though they weren't impervious to damage. Roscoe's friend Chevy once showed the ability to leap great heights but no one else ever did the same, it was never fully explained how Chevy did so.

    Alter Ego

Roscoe used MPH to stop a major threat but in doing so, hurled himself into the past (into the mid 1980s), he used a fake name, Mr. Springfield and took on the persona of another man, pretending to have the power of precognition and be the only man in the world with super powers, but in fact, used the lie of Mr. Springfield to bide his time and get back with the love of his life.
