The main problem here for the duo is Spider-Man's webs. If Spider-man can use his webs effectively and to their full potential in this fight, then Spider-Man should win with ease but if he doesn't then I'd give it to team.

I still feel Qrow wins due to his speed and his ability to turn into a crow.
