I originally thought that the white cleaver would win due to his performances against skulduggery, val and tanith. But Cap's versatility with his shield and style changed my mind and I'm not sure who would win. Cap would surprise the cleaver by throwing his shield at him but Cap hasn't fought someone like the white cleaver. I'd give it to the White Cleaver 6/10 times due to his range with the scythe and cap would only be able to surprise him once with a shield toss.
