@jonsmith: I was thinking Abraxas too, given what is happening with Big G over in the Ultimate universe, and he is the embodiment of the multiverse's destruction, which is what is slowly unfolding. However, he has scarcely been used so it would feel like a Giant Space Flea From Nowhere kind of deal if it was him.

So big things are happening on some of the concurrent storylines going on in Marvel (Avengers, New Avengers etc.) but one tagline seems to be connecting them all: "Everything dies." Complete and utter universal/multiversal destruction stories are nothing new in comic books, but there's something really fascinating about this collapsing of realities, the intents of the Builders and the Black Priests, the incursions, the premature ending of all reality. The Living Tribunal himself is in a bad way (possibly dead) and we know that Uatu the Watcher is going to bite the dust this year, but what individual could topple such mighty beings? Black Swan keeps making references to a so-called Great Destroyer, but who could this person be?

Replace Raiden with Vamp and this is pretty much what's gonna happen.

@omnibeast: Hasn't been revealed yet, but it's probably got something to do with the incursions and this so called 'Great Destroyer'. Basically, because of the timeline abuse used by Wolverine in Age of Ultron, the multiverse is coming undone prematurely.

@omnibeast: Well, LT is either dead or badly incapacitated as it stands. This is from New Avengers Vol. 3 #8:

@averageinsanity: There'd still be plenty of threats above or on Darkseid's level, although how well they would fit the big screen is another matter entirely. Off the top of my head, you could have Anti-Monitor, Imperiex, Nekron, Krona, Mandrakk, Superboy-Prime (god forbid). Vandal Savage could be a starter choice and then just up the ante from there.

I'm scouring the internet looking for what FF issues cover this story arc. It's the one where an adult Franklin Richards tutors kid Franklin to unlock his true powers in order to fight off some Mad Celestials. Can anyone tell me what issues this is covered in? Thanks!
