@ndm5: Agreed, if both had those weapons it would be about who would strike first. While tony is no slouch in the strategy/tactician department i still think batman takes that category as he is more cunning and could probably out-think tony when it comes to tactics.

Tony always gets the good stuff like infinity gems, extremis virus, lol, without batman's boom tube gauntlet i don't see another way for him beating iron man if he was protected from viruses or EMPs

Most people have established that bleeding edge beats the insider suit. I guess the only options are virus, EMP and boom tube gauntlet
