A galaxy buster should not even remotely feel either, but in fictional battles that’s probably not ever how it would be applied. Portraying the billions of miles wide gap between certain tiers of destructive capability would get really ridiculous to comprehend. Like if Darkseid can blow up the galaxy or universe or whatever, Batman would probably die passively just by being near him. Because Batman is literally like septillions of times beneath that level of being, probably more. Instead Batman can probably make Darkseid stumble by kicking him. Because he’s Batman. It makes better entertainment to the majority of viewers of any given fictional story.
If we’re going with Saiyan Saga versions here, Piccolo’s going to be in a bit of a pickle. Planet Vegeta has 10x Earth’s gravity and this Piccolo hasn’t trained on King Kai’s world yet so he shouldn’t be adjusted to it.
I’ve always figured Goku is supposed to be a decent bit ahead of Vegeta at this point, based off of statements from the characters and showings against Cell. I don’t think he outright no-sells it the way that Super Perfect Cell does in the clip, but I doubt he’s getting knocked out or killed by it. Moderately hurt at best.
