If you like different things so much, let's replace Black Panther with a Klan member, have Thor eat women for breakfast, and have Captain America go on a homo-killing spree. Yeah, I thought so.

Nice Straw man, A+

@NukeA6 said: You wanna talk about doing the same things over and over, check out all the constant rehashing Marvel has done lately. We have another Civil War and Clone Saga just to name a few. Marvel gets bashed on because nobody likes bad writing and left-wing politics crammed down their throat which seems to be the main focus lately instead of making good stories.

Civil War II ended up being more of a misnomer, though I would have rather they lived up to the name than to so patently tack it on. I can't comment on the actual story of Clone Conspiracy, clones pop up from time to time, it's bound to happen when one of Spideys villains is a dude who clones people. It be like saying "Another Batman story with the Joker and Joker Venom?"

Really, this is the best defense you can come up with? Really shows hypocrisy on your part especially since you wanna claim I'm making strawmen. Just face it, Marvel is in a creativity famine and the fact that they're shitting on legacy characters only proves so.

That's mostly because I agreed that they shouldn't have done another Civil War story, especially when the event itself didn't live up to it's title. And don't equate what I said, two villains using their trademark devices, to the garbage you brought up, "Well what if all the Marvel heroes suddenly became racist murdering cannibals!" I think my comparison is fairly apt, as long as The Jackal is part of Spider-Man's rogue gallery, there will be clones. Not to mention the 2nd Clone Saga is 20 years old at this point. Plus if you wanna talk hypocrisy then look no further than your words below.

@NukeA6: Thor totally eats women for breakfast if you know what i mean. and Laura becoming wolverine after Logan died to honor him makes complete sense in the context of her story and relationship with Logan. and just because they are reusing a title doesn't mean its the same story just similar themes. If Marvel wants to call every event where the heroes divide on an issue a civil war than they can go right ahead. DC has multiple crisis' why can't marvel have multiple civil wars or clone sagas....maybe not clone sagas since they all completely suck and are not even a good idea in the first place.

Except DC multiple Crisis events aren't terrible whereas Marvel constantly rehashes events and are never good. And wasn't there another Enemy of the State arc not too long ago? So ironic Marvel call their new line of comics "All-New, All-Different" when it's just SJW makeovers of things already done before.

How is it not hypocritical for you to say, that it's ok for DC to have multiple crisis, just because you deemed them to be good events? I thought it was just about not rehashing old ideas? So if the new Enemy of the State story turns out to be a good story then you will be totally ok with it? Well I guess that's only fair.

I used the "hero-becoming-murderous-cannibals" example because it is no different from what current Marvel is: putting in things that not only don't belong in Marvel but ruining legacy characters and pissing off fans. I'd argue that what's actually happening is even worse because it's injecting liberal propaganda instead of making good stories where as my example is pretty much shock jock content.

As for my "hypocrisy", DC isn't creating crises every month. It's also worth noting that Infinite Crisis and Identity Crisis are much different than Crisis of Infinite Earths. Even when those events were occuring, there wasn't Death of Superman II, Knightfall II, Kingdom Come II, Red Son II, and Great Darkness Saga II all being written within a small time-frame.

@NukeA6: you may want to look into other companies or hobbies since I'm not sure the big two which are based in and out of New York and California are going to have much for you especially with how much most of the writers really despise Donald Trump racism, sexism, homophobia etc etc. You don't like the way comics are going now wait till he's actually in office and we're not still getting comics written when the election was still going and he was a joke.

DC hasn't been anything pathetic on the level that Marvel has been in since Thor got shat on and replaced with a female character (forever ruining her too). They even learned their lesson after the New 52 and DC You only created more problems which led to Rebirth fixing almost everything. Because of that, they are better than have been since the start of the decade.

FYI, apart from Cage and MAYBE Man-Thing in the future, I don't read anything from Marvel and am considering watching their movies via bootlegs. So yeah while Bendis and Disney ruin everything that once good in that comic publisher, I'll be enjoying DC and bashing on the SJW Avenger crap.

So she goes from cross-dressing as Astonishing Wolverine to cross-dressing as X-Force Wolverine. Such brilliance from Marvel's house of ideas.

For her to be cross dressing there would need to be anything gender specific about wearing pants and a shit.

Except Wolverine himself has always been "gender-specific". Now go play Tumblr with people matching your below 90 IQ.

So many people so salty about legacy characters. Just want the same old thing forever. X-23 honoring the man she considered a father by taking up his mantle is being treated like she murdered the guy and is wearing his skin.

@NukeA6: damn you're really bitter and butthurt.

Bitter? No, I'm mocking Marvel. I actually like X-23 and rather not see her reduced to being SJW Wolverine. I didn't even care about Logan much but I'd rather have Marvel whoring him out again than give more reasons for people to think X-23 is garbage character instead of a variant of DC's Cassandra Cain.

But of course the way Disney is, they're gonna run both Marvel and Star Wars to the ground.

@smoothjammin: Looks like your nephew's parents were once Power Rangers fans and wanted their son to know something great about their childhood. The comics take place directly after the Green Ranger was freed from Rita (since he was evil and everything) and the writer assumes everyone reading was a fan of the show because there are no introductions given.

As for nostalgia, yeah Angel Grove is there and so is Zordon and the Bandora Palace on the moon but the time period clearly isn't 90s with all the smart phones. If you're gonna make a mid-quel to something taking place before the 2000s, it better be on that same time period. What we have here is the equivalent of retconning Captain America into being a veteran of the Iraq War.

@NukeA6: Black panther is from Africa ,he should be black. The USA is made up of everyone. You clearly just do not like black characters.

LMAO You do realize there are white people and Middle Easterns in the continent, right? In fact, one could say every race came from Africa as it has the oldest human fossils to date and that every Abrahamic religion also points to that place as being the origin of man. Adding to this is that Africa has every type of civilization from tribalistic to a more modern Western-type.

Oh, and the only the Marvel comic I'm reading stars a black guy (Luke Cage) so your entire post is a joke.

@mysticmedivh: So.... expecting me to say "YEEEEEEEEEESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRUMP 2016!!!!!!!!"? I actually prefer comics to keep real-life cameos away (unless it's comic creators) and presidents to be masked in shadows. I'll admit it though, I did find this funny.
