I would have no problem dating a girl with breast implants. I respect the choice of each person I communicate with. You don't know what the reason for the breast augmentation is. @ghostodoofus2: Real ones are fine but because of gravity they droop and a push up bra gives off the illusion that they are perky. With implants, the surgeons ensure a method to maintain the perky illusion but the women I have known eventually get rid of them when it becomes too much of strain on their back.

Because it’s not just an aesthetic change. It’s a conscious decision, and kind of a red flag, of one, at that. They’re spending large amounts of money and risking their health (both short term and long term) over a minor aesthetic change (and if it‘s not minor, then that’s even worse).

I think there are exceptions for implants not always being shallow or vain. Cases where women have breast cancer or other health issues that require them to lose or damage their breasts, then I see no reason why they can't get implants if it makes their confidence better feeling better about themselves. I noticed most people never think about this kind of thing with cases like that but they do exist. I happen to know a few people where this was the case, a girl I worked with years ago who had it done nothing porn like or over the top but just regular size for her physique because she had a bout with breast cancer, needed part of it removed. I also have an aunt who years ago had breast cancer and had some reconstructive surgery with an implant.
