This respect thread will be ongoing as I read more of Reyes comics. This only includes his two graphic novels of All New Ghost Rider and Ghost Racers.
Ghost Rider misconceptions are quite the norm on battle forums and in general comic discussions. So here is the break down on the abilities, powers, and limits of Ghost Riders shown thus far.
Robbie Reyes is the current host Rider in comics, and a unique one at that. Thing about Robbie is he is not like a normal Spirit of Vengeance in that his power is not related to god. It is in fact related to hi murderous hit man of a uncle name Eli who possessed and bonded with Robbie. Granting Spirit of Vengeance like power, which Robbie uses for good. A new and interesting concept that has a lot of similarities with other Ghost Riders, yet many differences.
Blaze explains the difference between a true Ghost Rider and Robbie Reyes. A Ghost Rider is an supernatural entity possessing another via deal with heaven or hell. Reyes is possessed by a serial killer spirit, which is why he has Ghost Rider like abilities.

During the Ghost Racers arc, Zadkiel explains Reyes is not a true Ghost Rider. Zadkiel explains he has little influence over Reyes unlike the other Ghost Riders.
Strength
Reyes has some damn good strength feats.
Reyes effortlessly swings 1000s of pounds of I Beam with ease.
Reyes craters a wall with a mans skull.
Reyes holds onto a chain with the weight of his dodge.
Eli using half the power Reyes has is enough power for his little brother to drop kick a car into the side of a building.
Speed
Reyes may be one of the fastest Ghost Riders yet fighting wise.
Reyes moves as a blur to humans.
Reyes reacts faster than these bullets are near point blank range can hit him.
Reyes whips out the mach 2 missile out of the air, and then react fast enough to whip the chain around the mercs bodies faster than they can fly back from the explosion.
Durability
Reyes has shown impressive durability as of late. He started off pretty standard, but shown his durability can match the best of Blaze and Ketch.

GR tanks these kinds of 20+ toner level blows several times before being KOed.
The Hyde formula in minor form makes all these beings over 1 ton, and in turn they wail on Reyes, but has no real effect on him.
Cho Hulk best hits barely make Ghost rider Move, and only by really putting his back into it can he send Reyes flying.

Starbrand is one of the most powerful high tiers in Marvel. Yet Reyes Ghost Rider was able to take a beating from him and keep fighting.
GR tanks major stab damage, and heals right after.
As seen, the durability of even outside GR form as a human, Robbie can tank instant death attacks, and regen from them though still feels great pain.
Hell Fire Attacks
Hell Fire is the magical energy that makes up Ghost Riders power to attack and defend. Robbie has shown very limited use of hell fire ability and attacks, but still shown some decent uses of it.
Generates hell fire saw blades to cut Hyde Formula rat in pieces.
Burns a decently powerful demon to ash by touch.
Reyes blows up a large bar with Hellfire explosion.
Reyes summon chains and hell fire from the ground to pierce, burn, and drag the criminal underground.

Reyes fights a goo monster with the durability and strength of Cho Hulk, as well the healing of X-23. The monster even resisted Admantium claws of X-23 with no damage. Reyes Hellfire burns the monster down to nothing.
Reys can transmutate his car to look like something else via Hellfire.
Chain Attacks
This is the bread and butter form of attacks for Robbie and Eli.
Uses chains tie up a foe from range, and slam him.
Uses chains to explode the missile warhead, and then to catch the flying back mercs caught in the blast.
Uses chains to choke out several people at a time.
Uses chains in a wide pattern to one shot demons.
Chains strong enough to take out dozens of Hyde Formula enhanced soldiers with Blaze in one attack.
Chains strong enough to hold M.O.D.O.K, and take out multiple Symbiots.
Chains cut down to pieces two Sentinels.

The chains are powerful enough to pierce the goo monster who had the durability of Cho hulk. A Monster that was too durable for Adamantium.
Teleportation
Ghost Riders are able to open dimensional portals and travel to areas if needed. Robbie has shown unique teleportation with his vehicle, and to open portals. However he has yet to shown dimensional travel to hell or any other dimension.
Reyes able to teleport from any shadowy spot to his Car.
Reyes teleporting others from his car to shadowy spots.
Reyes escapes into the shadows to his car from Blaze.
Reyes teleports from the Charger to the shadows to the driver seat of the truck.
Eli opens a portal out of danger.
Eli tracks down and teleports into a slowed down time dimension of this foe.

Hell Charger
Robbie is a very skilled racer, and champion during his time as a Ghost Racer. The car is directly controlled by Eli, and allow for combo of attacks.
Hell Charger can cut through another car with ease.
Hell Charger can cuts through several vehicles with ease.
Able to smash open the concrete wall by drifting the rear end alone through the building.
Hell Charger forces Cho Hulk to struggle.
Hell Charger harms Cho Hulk with its blows.
Hell Charger brushes off a RPG.

Hell Charger Phasing
Reyes has a unique ability to phase in and out of his car for interesting combo attacks.

Hell Charger shows phasing through Reyes to nail the foe. Then when Robbie was being choked the car side swipes the foe to save him.
Here the car saves Reyes and plows Blaze into the wall.
The hell dodge again works with Robbie to phase through Robbie who is acting as bait to nail his possessed brother.

Another unique ability is the fact other beings cannot phase through the Car as shown with this ghost with Gwen Pool.
Sense Evil
All Spirits of Vengeance smell evil intentions and sins of others. They are able to hone in on such evil like hound dogs.
Eli senses the evil in Robbie's area.
Eli tracks down that source of evil throughout the city.
Soul Devouring
Unlike other Ghost Riders who use the Penance Stare, Reyes and Eli have shown the ability to devour a beings soul at close range.
Eli sucks the soul out of Zadkiel himself.
Penance Stare
This is arguably Ghost Rider's most powerful attack. This attack allows Ghost Rider to look into your mind and soul, and bombard you with the pain and suffering you caused others. Many people are ignorant to how this works, thinking guilt and sin is a factor. It does not matter.

Reyes showed a long range Penance Stare that dropped Starbrand. Stated to work as, "Feel all the pain you've ever caused others. Sent right back at you! Burning right into your soul!"
@sirfizzwhizz: Starbrand is pretty new with his powers. For being so young, and probably a liberal since he was going to college, Im sure all of his liberal tears made him explode over the planet he nuked during Insurrection, but my money is going to be on Connor's when he returns.

How has Reyes faired against Punisher?
They never fought to my recollection.
However Cho Hulk and the Goop Monster (Combine Powers of Chulk, X-23, and Silk) was no match for Reyes.
