Goku PERFECT UI vs Whis

@raxxx: I know it’s been retconned but the god scale suggested that the gap between whis and beerus was greater than the gap of Beerus and BOG SSG Goku. And I doubt with this new form Goku while suppressed can one shot Beerus like whis can Lol. Angel level is a bit much but yeah they both have white hair. To me white hair kinda signifies “I have attained or mastered UI” rather than I’m now “Angel level” tbh. Angels should still be able to smack him in a fight with little difficulty. I’d say at BEST that he’s probably above EVERY God of Destruction when he attains MUI.

@drpepperman: Little bit of information, Within the show Beerus admitted he was at 70% and goku said "I was going about 80% myself."

Beerus wasn't using "1%" of his power. Therefore if it was a close fight with Beerus as a Weak-At-The-Time Super saiyan god, Goku now with all his zenkai boosts after Frieza, Goku black ETC. AND HIS boosts in the tournament, as well as the discovery of super saiyan blue which already would of put goku ahead; Now attaining MUI would make him completely and absolutely dominant over Beerus. This means that Goku as well as Whis would one shot Beerus, and so the two of THEM have a good chance at having a fair fight.

@savagebombz: That's not what was stated. Beerus said he was holding back, then Goku said he was using 80%. It was Whis at the end of the movie who said Beerus used 70%. Beerus used 70% to beat full power SSG Goku, not to fight 80% Goku. And this only applies to the movies anyways.
