Excuzez Moi Monsieur? What kind of sick sick sick thread is this? Venom doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of winning against the king of snowballs aka Iceman. Iceman just freezes every last bit of water on venom and then shatters him. End of story.

I think IceMan would probably win but Venom's bite has shown the ability severe chemical bonds. When he bit Sandman, Sandman was unable to hold himself together. IceMan's powers work on the same principle so if Venom where to bite a chunk out of IceMan this could give him the win.
