The naruto planet is earth size. This is equal to me saying the ss is infinite size because of the muken and hm being stated as endless.
The juubis entire reserves is small planet. While Hikones passive energy is large planet. Take yhwach for example passively keeps the worlds up even while asleep

This is taken from the canon novel Gaara Hiden, part of the New Era Project (ch.699 to 700).
So, what do we have?
- We have a stated travel-speed for common average Shinobi: "Faster than horses"
- We have a general stated stamina for common average Shinobi: "Can make a journey of a thousand miles without a single break...Shinobi were more tenacious than camels"
Note: Camels can survive weeks without water and months without food.
I can now make a single assumption based on the passage, that being their speed. We know their stamina can allow them to last for "a thousand miles" (Since this was translated from Japanese, the raws most likely say “a thousand kilometers” but this doesn't change much in the grand scheme of things) without taking a break
This statement isn't contradicted by anything within the story AND it is actually backed up by information told to us by Kishimoto in an interview, meaning that it is doubly confirmed by the primary author of the work himself:
"It would actually take too long to really go nitty-gritty into details, but for example one of the things I focused on was that anything that's NOT possible to recreate, or to do, using ninjutsu, ninja skills, I would not develop for Naruto's world. So no cars. Because they have shuriken, the throwing stars, there are no guns either. So there were certain things I had clearly in my head that I didn't want to have available in their worldview."

This will be a pretty straight forward calculation, but I will bring in some background information.
Gaara has been taken away while Kankuro has been poisoned and Naruto & Co. have around three days to get from Konoha to Sunagakure. There are a few three-day statements referring to the time it takes for shinobi to get to Suna from Konoha and vice versa.

What can we surmise from this?
Simple. We know that on average, the time it takes for shinobi to travel from Suna to Konoha and vice versa is 3 days or 72 hours. Factor in the statements above given to us by the novel and supported by Kishimoto himself, we can get a distance between Konoha and Suna on average. In Naruto and Co's situation, it took them only 2.5 days, however, they were in a hurry and even Kakashi said it would take around three days so it's likely they just moved faster than usual that and plot convenience since Kankuro only had 3 days to live from the time Naruto and Co set off.
Applying the quotes above in general terms, I will be using 72 hours as the travel time for the average shinobi. No assumptions here.
Take into consideration the quote from the Gaar Hiden Novel above that explains how trains and the like are merely situationally used as shinobi are better off on their feet; the part about their "thousand kilometers" stamina; and their "tenacious like a camel" statement.
CALC
Average racehorses can run upwards to around 40 to 44 mph which translates to 64 to 70 km/h, with a maximum speed of 88 km/h.
Even then, he does state trains and the like are just situational modes of transportation so its likely that Shinobi are much faster (have you seen how fast modern steam trains can go? And yes, their technology is comparable to ours and even far greater in some respects).
We already know the timeframe: 3 days or 72 hours.
Some simple math with a lowballed speed:
- 70 kilometers/hour * 72 hours
- Distance from Konoha to Suna and vice versa = 5040km(LOWBALLED)
In other words:
I tried to reach a similar distance in Km. by using our real world.
It would be around the same distance between Miami and Northern Rockies
*Distance as the crow flies* = 5052km.

Distance of Redaku Country
In the Novel "Naruto Retsuden" there's also another important factor that hints how massive Naruto Planet is.
It is said to take the average Shinobi 30 days to transverse locations between the Leaf and Redaku.
Use the same calculation method used to find out the distance between Konoha and Suna... and you'll find out Naruto Planet is more than twice the size of our planet.
