If the villains' in NWH are the original villains', they cannot exist in both the Original Raimi/Web verse, and the "branch" timeline afterwards. They are only one person. Only way it works is Variants.

Following your analogy - it doesn't matter. 6pm Aristeaus already wrote the pencil written report. What you did just creates a branch where 5pm Aristeaus wrote the report using a pen instead - creating a different 6pm Aristeaus.
