Amazons (DCEU) vs Asgardians (MCU)

No named characters.

100 soldiers each.

20 horse-back warriors for the Amazons and 2 ships for the Asgardians.

Round 1: Start in a empty field 100 yards form each other.

Round 2: Asgardians invade Themysicra and must get past the Amazon's defenses.

Round 3: Amazons invade Asgard from the rainbow bridge and must get past the Asgardian defenses

Bonus Round: Amazons in place of Asgard in the Dark elves invasion (Thor the Dark world) and Asgard in place of the Amazons in the German invasion (WW).

I have no idea who that is.

IIRC Asgardians are bulletproof and can throw cars around and they've pretty advanced weapons(they still use swords and shields for some reasons ),they should stomps.

Definitely the Asgardians, the average Amazon is far more skilled than the average Asgardian, but they are massively outstatted. Knives bend against the skin of Asgardians, their armour is completely resistant to bullets, even a push from them sends people flying tens of feet through the air etc.

Each Asgardian is possibly tougher than Spider-Man and armor that is bullet proof

Amazons are weak against stabbing explosive weapons and the women have been outright killed by gunfire, they are possibly the better soldiers, better martial artists because most Asgardians save for a few like Sif seem to have limited skills just looking to land that one big hay maker. However I feel the Asgardians got this, just too strong.

Amazons are exponentially more skilled and faster, but Asgardians are much stronger and more durable.

This, WW amazons would get curbed by Darkseid's army as far as I can tell, I am really wondering how will they portray that, also in the JL trailer it looks like one of the amazons was jumping a massive distance Diana style but the amazons in WW were barely super human.

Maybe they'll get a amp when they fully showcase themselves

Asgardians wreck. Amazons had no clear superhuman physicals

Why's that?

Their skill and speed seemed truly impressive, plus they showed incredible teamwork and were proficient in basically every non-modern weapon, they seemed to spend the majority of their time training, skill-wise they seemed much more impressive than the average Einherjar to me.

I am hesitant about giving it to either side.

On one hand you have the asgardians who wear bulletproof armor and can bend knives and push cars around... but otherwise spend most of their time getting knocked down like dominoes.

The Amazons on the other hand, are shown to be more skilled, if not as durable... but the only fight we see them in was basically a surprise attack where they just had to drop what they were carrying and charge in with what they had.

So far I'd say the Asgardians have the advantage in round 1 and 3, but the Amazons retain the advantage on home turf. Justice League and Ragnarok may change this when we get to see more of both.

There was no evident superhuman stats by the amazons their armour couldn't even stop bullets, Asgardian's outclass them by a large margin in strength and durability. I really don't see how Amazons hurt the Asgardians, Asgard's weapons are also more advanced with their swords seemingly energy empowered. I think this is basically what would happen to the Amazons except they have no energy weapons that can take out the Asgardians like the Dark Elves did...

They will just get stormed by the physically superior Asgardian soldiers and have no response their arrows won't hurt them doubt their swords will either. What's overkill is that Asgard is given 2 ships which have ranged energy cannons which will just mow the Amazons down those ships could solo.

Germans invade Asgard? birdy Hugin and Munin tell of the incoming attack before it happes or Heimdall sensed them come or Odin senses like he magically knew of the secret Frost Giants attack. Sif, Loki, Odin vs the Germans?...Loki possibly solos with his magic, Odin banishes them all very far away then he has a nap. Or they released the Destroyer and it quickly destroys all, anyone not killed is either captured and executed or held in the dungeons.

Also Bonus round lol the Germans get slaughtered and not a single Asgardian is hurt.

Amazons lose to Dark elves via energy guns and black hole grenades

Amazons stomp. Better agility and combat feats. Strength wise they should be fairly even. Durability doesn't matter that much since they have weapons good enough to penetrate armor. Amazons also have EPIC teamwork.

Kinda unfair simply due to the scale.

Just a quick correction. An "Einherjar" is a warrior who's died in battle and is brought to Valhalla by the Valkyries. "Einherjar" isn't synonymous with Asgardian.

@torikowontdie: Amazons are nowhere near the Asgardians in either strength or durability they have no feats to suggest that. Asgardians are bulletproof why would Amazons arrows penetrate them an alien arrow already bounced off Thor's armour anyways. Asgardian's swords are seemingly better than the Amazon's too given they seem to be energy empowered which would one shot them, while the Amazon's just seem to have regular swords with nothing to suggest they can pierce Asgardian armour. The only advantage given to the Amazons is agility, teamwork and combat skill but it's not even a big margin given the Asgardian soldiers fighting the dark elves were pretty agile themselves.

Not to forget Asgardians have two of their ships which would solo the Amazons even though they don't need them to win this.
