Origin
Once the Chief Executive of a massive multi national corporation,which had vast holding in oil refineries, chemical plants and mills. Environmental groups were constantly hassling him about toxic waste caused by his corporation,and its damage on the environment. He decided to take them on a tour of one of his chemical plants in an attempt to prove his operation's had no bad effects on the environment. Whilst demonstrating the efficiency of one of the toxic containment areas, outside of the plant scaffolding collapsed. He plummeted into the toxic sludge below. As a result the accident left him terribly disfigured.
Joining Cobra
As a result of this accident, Cesspool was convinced the environmentalists where to blame for his disfigurement. He decided to attempt to make the world a much uglier place. To further this goal of his he joined Cobra.
