    Origin

Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Trece, are the Disciples of Death, mysterious luchador wrestlers who seem obsessed with death. Assembled by Catrina to act as enforcers and henchman for Mil Muerte, they prowl and participate in Lucha Underground fighting scene. Originally Catrina and Mil Muerte operated by themselves. However after Catrina seemed to doubt Mil Muerte's abilities, after losses to Fenix, and Catrina assisting Fenix, the two would separate. It would be a ruse however, with Catrina looking to increase the power of Mil Muerte and after a brief disappearance by both, they would return stronger than ever, this time with three new wrestling talents, Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Trece.

The trio of death obsessed lucha, would target and attack at Catrina's command, and the Trios Champions Son of Havoc, Ivelisse, and Angelico would count among their victims. At one point, the Disciples of Death would challenge the dysfunctional bunch and win the titles off them. This would mirror the success Mil Muerto would continue to have.

Another bizarre objective set by Catrina for the Disciples of Death, would be to gather enough sacrifices, specifically real and raw skulls. These skulls would serve as a base for a macabre and gristly throne for Mil Muerte. Barrio Negro, El Siniestro de la Muerte and Trece would go on a killing spree, slaughtering innocents, to take their heads and skulls, eventually creating Mil Muerte's morbid skull throne. Mil Muerte would use the throne to observe Lucah Underground matches, when he and Catrina would supplant Dario Cueto.
