Do think it's hard to have confidence in yourself?
Do think having confidence in yourself is hard?
In what respect? If it's something I'm bad at then yes. If it's something I'm good at then no.
If it's in general... I don't have an answer for that.

Trying believe that you can always do what you set your mind too
Sometimes. Society usually treats me poorly and I lose confidence, but with a little meditation, support, and strategy I can have confidence in anything.
...hard to answer. I just sort of judge whether or not I can probably do it. It doesn't really change the outcome for me so I don't always pay attention to it.
No, my entire outlook on confidence was changed after I heard some advice from a mentor. To paraphrase, a lack of confidence generally comes from a lack of feeling prepared and believing one might fail because of this lack of preparation. Calming nerves for me has since become a matter of putting the necessary preparation into all that I do and simply looking back on my hard work to both hype myself up and reassure myself. And if I know that I'm unprepared, I've learned to laugh at my failures so they don't really affect me much at this point.
People percieve confidence more prominently in extroverted personalities but that's not exclusive. Confidence is not unwavering in all situations. It's not being immune to embarrassment or disregarding your image either, it's easy to be confident and still care a lot about public perception of yourself. Confidence is just being able to hold yourself with respect. The basis of confidence is self-appreciation.
If you can accept your character as a whole (that's not too say do not improve or change but don't try to imitate someone else) you're half the way there. Particularly when faking confidence you're likely to immitate an extroverted personality dissimilar to your own and a lot of the time I imagine you'll appear forced or just not feel too great about it.
- For me personally its never been hard becuase i always had the F the world attitude...And at the end of the day dont let people get you...You do what you gotta do, all the naysayers and doubters are meaningless in the great scheme of your lifes trajectory if you dont make them a factor..And as time preogreses and your closer your goal you'll realize that they were Nothing more then just fuel to the foreverburning fire.
- Also live by this manz words..lol...Obviously life isn't this simple but its a nice little motto and confidence boost.
Having confidence in yourself can be hard. Especially when your're surrounded by individuals who try to make you feel atrocious. The psychological effects can be devastating. The trick is to find your will.
It is our will that places us in transcendence even above the angels.
The will to endure. The will to survive.
The audaciousness to reach for the heavens and give nothing back.
