Being Peak human mean nothing to to the Punisher.He faired well against Cap and Wolverine.The Punisher doesn't even need a full clip to take Vigilante out...6 bullets is all.The Punisher is not just a great marksman..he's an excellent strategist.Against Spider-Man he used Spider-Man's lack of combat training against him and forced him into a trap causing Spider-Man to be vulnerable to getting shot.The Punisher has shot Spider-Man time after time even though it's been proven that Spider-Man dodges bullets fairly easy.He basically leads him into a trap or leads his Spider-sense to put him off guard.Great Strategy.He has also beat the hell out of Daredevil who not only has had more extensive training and is the greatest acrobat in Marvel without having superhuman agility...someone who has also been shown to take down Superhumans fairly easy.
