A lot of people do underrate Thought Robot on the Vine. But nobody in their right mind would put them above the Living Tribunal.
Dude, LT doesn't belong in these forums. Spectre alone would probably solo if we're talking peak versions.

Any on team one solos. Here is the author saying Mandrakk is the literal comic book that DC is printed on. The Spectre being backed by The Presence means nothing, The Presence is a character in DC Comics. He is not the literal comic book his artwork is printed on.
The Presence, his void, the angels, the entire creation and Multiverses the Presence has made, are all contained on top of Mandrakk.
@michaeljulius: Can't use Morrison's statements. It's never stated in a comic that CAS or Mandrakk is the literal comic. The Monitor Sphere is literally inside the source wall, which the Presence transcends.
Edit: Could you explain how anything on that scan remotely refers to Mandrakk being the comic book? I'm literally just not getting it, no offence or "aggression" is meant.
@logicbomb: Wasn't that crispus Allen's spectre though ? If I remember correctly he was very weak compared to hal or Korrigan.
@lordshepherd123: LT solos.
