Classic Cap Cold is a fantastic villain. However, Barry and Wally both treated him with kids gloves, especially in later years when the Rogues had an "understanding" with the Flash to the point they had a fairly conspicuous bar in the middle of the city where they hung out at.
Pietro doesn't play with kid gloves. He would put a fist through Cold's head.

Quicksilver gets horribly stomped by the version of Cold from when this thread was made, but I honestly see him beating Pre-New 52 Cold given he's "at his best" here.

Agreed. I was merely illustrating/providing an example of at least one member of the Rogues Gallery that NO ONE who wants to taken seriously would ever disagree with. Like Savitar.
But yes, Captain Cold wins this fight while simultaneously binge watching "The Walking Dead".
Captain Cold... The only reason Barry can get thru his cold fields is because he can vibrate through stuffs. Same can't be said for Quicksilver when he tries to rush at Captain Cold and get turned into an ice cube.
