I didn't know to put this in the Scarecrow thread or Sinestro Corps thread, so I put it here. Any mod can move this to where it rightfully belongs.

Anyway, I was thinking about it, and I had a thought. Scarecrow can use his fear gas to cause fear in others. The Sinestro Corps rings are powered by fear in your opponent. Do the math, it's a perfect idea. Has it ever happened?

As much as I want to, I have not. I have never found the individual comics, I have only found the tradepaperback, and it was ridiculously overpriced, so I did not buy it.

Thank you for answering my question.

Yeah. He was a temporary member of the Corps during Blackest Night.

He was offered a ring before that, though.

No probs. Yeah, that's the problem with Johns' work: it sells a lot, so DC takes advantage of that.

Yeah. I think I ended up overpaying for Flashpoint just because I wanted it so bad and he wrote it. Same with Justice League Volume 1: Origins.

At one point during the Blackest Night Ganthet, a Guardian of the Universe sent replicated rings to those with great emotion such as fear, rage, greed, hope, compassion and also love. Those included Scarecrow to the Sinestro Corps, Mera to the Red Lantern Corps, Lex Luthor to the Orange Lantern Corps, Flash to the Blue Lantern Corps, The Atom apart of the Indigo Tribe and Wonder Woman as a Star Sapphire.

Because after all of his time and experiments, he had become immune to fear. The only person to make him feel fear was Batman. With the ring on, he was finally experiencing fear again.

@JediXMan: So why does the ring make him feel fear again?
