Retro-Blade is a living puppet that was built by the great puppeteer Andre Toulon, during the 1910's. He was given life with an Egyptian spell and contains the soul of a French puppet theater performer known as Valentin. His method of attack is slashing his victims with his claw-like fingers and he also has the special ability to tattoo an ancient protection symbol onto people's arms, so that Egyptian demons cannot trace them.
