In a training session in Castle Black, Jon defeats many other trainees quickly one after another. He even beats 2 rivals simultaneously in just a few seconds:

After Jon accompanies a renowned Ranger by the name of Qhorin Halfhand on a special mission north of the Wall, a lot of things go south and Jon and Qhorin are captured by the Wildlings. Qhorin makes Jon kill him to make the Wildlings believe he's on their side so he can find out their plan and work in order to sabotage it or alert the Night's Watch in time. After venturing south of the Wall with a group of Wildlings, Jon's cover is blown and he is forced to fight. He fights by himself against numerous men and holds his own:

After Summer and Shaggydog intervene and kill some of the Wildlings, Jon has only one opponent left - Orell. He makes short work of him:

Jon leads the assault on Craster's Keep against the Night's Watch mutineers who killed Craster, Lord Commander Mormont and many other men of the Night's Watch:

During the battle of Castle Black, Jon takes on multiple Wildlings at the same time:

Jon then fights against Styr, the Magnar of Thenn, a renowned and feared warrior among the Wildlings:

Before the Battle for Winterfell, Jon offers Ramsay to prevent unnecessary deaths and bloodshed by ending the feud with single combat. Ramsay refuses because Jon has a reputation of being the greatest swordsman of all time:

Before the Battle for Winterfell (Battle of the Bastards) started, Ramsay killed Rickon Stark in cold blood, putting Jon in a fit of rage. Jon charged in to battle, forsaking the plans and basically dooming himself, his army and his cause, but he sure wasn't going to go down without taking as many enemies down with him as he possibly could. Here he stands among tons of charging cavalrymen, dodging a few and cutting down another (also a very good strength feat):

He cut down tons of men in that fight, with an untypical savagery induced by his rage over Rickon's murder:

Dude is an arrow-timer, reacting to arrows after they are fired, from close range that grew smaller and smaller:

Jon is more self-confident when fighting White Walkers now. Here he kills another one, when he and his badass fellowship ventured beyond the Wall with the task of capturing a wight:

After capturing the wight, Jon and co get trapped on a small island in the middle of a frozen lake, surrounded by god knows how many wights, a few White Walkers and the Night King himself. After a while, the wights start swarming the small all-star team, who have no choice but try and survive for as long as they can. In that battle, Jon (and everyone else on his team) killed wights by the dozens:

When sparring in Castle Black, Jon sends Pyp violently flying to the ground and sprawling in pain with one thrust:

Here, a dead Night's Watch man rises as a wight and attacks Jon. The wight displays inhuman strength, able to lift Jon in the air with ease, however Jon can break the wight's grip:

After a long chase, he manages to catch Ygritte who's running away from him:

When climbing the Wall, a large chunk of ice falls down and hits Jon on the head. He loses his grip but manages to recover:

Takes a savage beating from Styr. Styr is almost 2 meters tall and freakishly strong, and Jon could still fight even after taking this beating:

After that savage beating Styr tries to strangle Jon. Jon spits blood in Styr's eye, drops him to his knees, and hits him on the head with a mallet so hard that it buries itself in Styr's head like an axe:

Holds down a wight at Hardhome:

Gets up after having his ribs broken by a White Walker:

Crosses blades with a White Walker - who has superhuman strength:

At the Battle of the Bastards, Jon and his army were surrounded on three sides by Ramsay's shield wall, while Ramsay's vanguard, lead by Smalljon Umber, was closing in on them from the fourth side. Jon and his army desperately tried to break through the vanguard's ranks in order to escape this death trap. Jon was trampled and buried under dozens of his men with barely any air to breathe, but managed to break free:

After breaking into Winterfell, Jon punched the crap out of Ramsay:

In the battle at the frozen lake, Jon gets tackled by a few wights into the icy water. It appeared as if he drowned, but he managed to survive and get out of the water:

Jon started out cocky, which made him plenty of enemies at Castle Black:

Jon listens to Tyrion and tries a new approach. Instead of making himself stand out by being better than his fellow recruits, he uses his skill and knowledge to help train them, which earns him their respect and friendship:

Here, Jon inflicts a burn upon his own hand in order to rescue Lord Commander Mormont:

Mormont shows his gratitude to Jon by giving him Longclaw - a Valyrian Steel sword:

The Wildlings tell Jon Snow to prove his loyalty to them by executing a farmer that they captured. Even though Jon knows it blows his cover, he refuses to kill the man:

After King Stannis charges and defeats the Wildling army, he gives Mance Rayder an ultimatum: either bend the knee and swear fealty, or die. Mance refuses to kneel, so Stannis orders to burn him alive. Before the flames of the pyre reach Mance, Jon shoots him in the heart with an arrow to grant him a swift and painless death:

Stannis offers to legitimize Jon and make him a Stark, if he bends the knee. Jon refuses even though it's something he had wanted since he was a child, because he can't forsake his vows to the Night's Watch:

After the Wildlings are defeated, it is time to elect a new Lord Commander to the Night's Watch. The only two candidates were Ser Alliser Thorne and Ser Dennys Mallister, however Sam nominated Jon at the last moment. After the election is over, the result is a tie between Jon and Alliser. Maester Aemon uses his vote for Jon, and thus Jon is elected as Lord Commander of the Night's Watch:

After being appointed Lord Commander, Jon tells Janos Slynt that he is to leave Castle Black to restore and take command of another Night's Watch stronghold called Greyguard. Slynt refuses to obey the order and throws insults at Jon in front of the entire Night's Watch. Jon then shows everyone who's boss by beheading Janos even though he begged for mercy at the last moment:

Jon is crowned King in the North by the northern lords after defeating Ramsay Bolton and reclaiming Winterfell:

Among Ramsay's forces in the Battle of the Bastards, there were the forces of Smalljon Umber and Harold Karstark, who betrayed the Starks and sided with the Boltons. Sansa and the other northern lords think that Jon should give their castles (Last Hearth and Karhold) to new houses that supported the Starks in the battle, but Jon refuses to punish Ned Umber and Alys Karstark for their fathers' sins:

Jon: "It's an improvement."

"My father told me big men fall just as quick as little ones, if you put a sword through their hearts."

"Brothers, as you all know too well, it's long past time to dig a new latrine pit. First Builder Yarwick and I have decided to appoint a latrine captain to oversee this crucial task... Brian! Seems like a good job for a ginger."

To Sam:

"Here's to us, then. Long may they sneer."

To Karsi (one of the Wildling chieftains):

"I'm not asking you to forget your dead. I'll never forget mine."

To Ramsay Bolton:

"Aye, you have the numbers. Will your men want to fight for you, when they hear you wouldn't fight for them?"

To Sansa:

Sansa: "A raven came from the Citadel. a white raven. Winter is here."

Jon: "Well... father always promised, didn't he?"

To Lord Cerwyn:

"The war is not over. And I promise you friend: the true enemy won't wait out the storm. He brings the storm."

To Sansa:

"Everything before the word 'but' is horseshit."
