The super saiyan multiplier is only x 10.

According to Toriyama, the X50 multiplier was an exaggeration.

And areas are galaxies

they divided the countelss worlds of the universe into four areas, which they term "galaxies"

This guidebook explains the origin of the dragon ball universe, he said that the shinja have separated the universe into four areas and then they decided to call those areas "galaxies"

Also in the guidebook the world "galaxy" is placed between brackets, to explain that Area= Galaxy.

I ignored Jaco's statement because it's an outlier considering that the story took place before dragon ball.

Which can be translated as:

Nowhere it is said that the dragon ball universe has an infinite number of galaxies

It is said it has only 4 galaxies

And another guidebooks says that the shinji divided the universe into 4 areas called galaxies.
