If Magneto truly believed that, mutants and humans could never truly co-exist peacefully. Why didn't he just go around and kill every human he saw.

And it cant be like "awww he's not a murderer", i mean come on.

magneto doesnt needlessly kill. he kills out of retaliation. we've seen many times with places like genoshia and asteroid M that mutants thriving is his end goal. he could care less about anything else. that's why he joined the X-men in recent years because he saw that the time, mutants were united and had a place to call their own(on the foundation of his old base no less) and instead of going "we should take this chance to wipe out the humans" he congratulated the X-men and declared that he wanted to be apart of it. and as per usual did whatever he could to protect it. be it fight on the front lines against threats or do mundane PR stuff for the "humans" by magnetically protecting san fransico from an earthquake and attending the X-men museum grand opening as a representative. personally I think magneto truly is no different than punisher. especially in his current book
