I don’t really have one but if I had to make up one on the spot it would kind of like this

1.    .avoid walking on streets at night and also avoid dark allies I know that those are things your suppose to avoid that anyway but in Gotham city I cant believe im saying this but I would stay home most of the time

2. avoid city events . That’s usually when supervillans strike

3. try the get what ever you have to do done before night comes .I don’t think I need to enplane why

4. every house in Gotham city should have a panic room . I mean really after all the threats of killing everyone in Gotham that should be mandatory

Move to Iowa as far as I know theres never been a supervillain in Iowa

1 Avoid pissing off people who's namesakes could be linked to anything dangerous (Victor Fries, E. Nigma, Harleen Quinzel, etc)  
2 Don't ever work anywhere where the employees that seem easily upset / have been bullied as children 
3 Never intern at Arkham Asylum or for the Gotham Police Department 
4 Don't let anyone know if you have anything worth stealing 
5 Don't get a house/apartment around the Iceberg Lounge 

The only way to truly be safe while walking around Gotham is to be Batman

Yea I wonder what it would be like if Bats and Superman switched citys for a few weeks

Superman would beat the villains easily, but would be absolutely appalled by there sadisticness and way of thinking, probably traumatizing, while Batman is used to it. Batman physically is no match for Superman's rouges gallery without prep (that will only give him a chance of winning)
