Comic Vine in general has a lot of contrarian pseudo-intellectuals who like to hate on things that are popular to feel smarter than everyone else. Hence, the MCU gets trashed because its an easy target.
Not to say that everyone who dislikes Marvel or that all the MCU criticism is the result of attention seeking. Not even close. There are tons of users who make valid points and a lot of great constructive criticism. But there are a also lot who fall into the first category too unfortunately.

I wouldn’t call it “hate”, it’s just that they aren’t as fast as DCEU characters and as usual, speed is a big thing on battle forums. So to some it might look like hate but it’s really not.
Why hate? there is no real hate, but an alienation coming from the conservative public, which actually buys the comics, but I can understand them, because it feels 'aufdringlich' which I think it means intrusive in the English language, I don't really know if it's the right definition within the context but, that's my point for the ones who can grasp it.
PS: I think it's not really fair to correlate it with hate, that's a very impulsive way to judge over it, it really feels like such statement is coming from an NPC than rather from a normal human being with an actual original review/critique on the matter.

Yes, this. Marvel and their SJW cabal of Antifa Super Soldiers are oppressing me and my conservative brethren, that I can't even begin to watch or read their indoctrinating tripe. BOYCOTT MARVEL COMICS AND ALL OTHER COMICS WITH ANY TYPE OF MINORITIES.
Its threads like these that would make me hate the MCU and the kind of people the franchise breeds, apparently not bending over and taking it up the a$$ for a franchise means you hate it smh.
