White suits always get dirty quick smh

Introduction

Chase is a major character of Planetary, but the unique elements of Planetary as a run (that is, every issue doesn't go in chronological order) means that he dies early but shows up both before and after his death in multiple aspects. His powers are pretty simple to get: he has access to his own personal anti-physics field, meaning he can pick and chose particular elements to ignore or just outright replace in combat, making him a surprisingly impressive combatant. Even he doesn't quite know the full extent of how stupidly broken it can be at points and it plays into things a good ton here.

Chronokinesis

Scan 1/2/3- Freezes about 60 solders for a short period of time, as well as violating conventional gravity to bounce off a wall and fire dozens of headshots on all of them at once (Planetary #9)

No Caption Provided

Pulls out a pair of guns from his personal field out of nowhere (Planetary #9)

Scan 1/2- Slows down alt verse Batman and Wonder Woman to a crawl, but underestimates Superman's speed (Planetary/JLA- Terra Occulta)

Scan 1/2- Nearly crushes a alt Superman's skull with the tensions of time itself (Planetary/JLA- Terra Occulta)

Scan 1/2/3- Freezes a room of individuals bar one dude, but a extended duration forces him to revert (Planetary #23)

Scan 1/2/3- Doesn't really die, instead shunting himself to a deathless realm and then to the exact future where he would be treated properly for his major wounds (Planetary #9)

Gravity Manipulation

No Caption Provided

Moves away auto rifle fire (Planetary #9)

Scan 1/2/3- Easily destroys a forcefield from a Invisible Woman proxy before radically warping the host to death. This is slightly more impressive given the person in question was able to burst heads in a single second, so pretty fast etc (Planetary #14)

Invisibility

No Caption Provided

Appears as a distorted blur, speeding past someone (Planetary #14)

Properties

Scan 1- Can distort physics in a number of ways, even as a child warping small objects and any reflections (Planetary #9)

Scan 2- Drummer explains it in slightly more detail as him being able to pick and choose what and how physics effect himself (or at many points, how they don't) (Planetary #24)

Scan 3- Also gets stated that the energy that fuels this bubble is self-sustaining due to it functioning on ZPE (Zero-Point Energy) which is essentially naturally occurring universal waves, so it never actually runs out (as long as that universe stays functioning, of course)

Speed

Scan 1/2- Uses his field to speed himself up for multiple headshots as well as running up walls without being hit by incoming projectiles (Planetary #9)

Conclusion

Built like a street tier, yet has numerous appliances that arguably make him up and above that tier despite being a conventional human. A weird combination of stats, but pretty decent etc. Next RT will be a bit bigger. Ok, maybe a LOT bigger.

I don't think you know what the word "proxy" means. Did you mean "expy", perhaps?

Expy is the official term for stuff like that but proxy can also be used in the same vein.

That was a alternative Superman, but still had his powers as per standard.

The "Invisible Woman" he fought obviously wasn't the real thing, but was a expy/proxy for that character with the same powers give or take.
