Most powerful "fodder" type character?

The strongest I can think of at the moment is a nameless Lantern Corps member. Is there any fodder type character above that level? Just curious.

I'm not actually asking for a specific named character. I'm asking about fodder types. Nameless characters that are only serve to be beaten up/killed by important characters.
