Do you mean hispanic characters at DC and Marvel? I can name: Blue Beetle (new 52 version), Vibe, Gangbuster, Tarantula (from SpiderMan lore), and there was this chick that used to go after Superman, forgot her name, Myst or something like that.

Kyle Rayner, Jamie Reyes and the new Power Ring are all that come to mind.

It's so hard to think of the Latin American Fantomas as at all related to Allain's creation.
