Well since you want Graphic Novels i'd suggest probably the C&D run, b/c they have more Graphic Novels out compared to Dp's other stuff.
Alot of people like Joe Kelly's run of Deadpool the second Graphic Novel of that series just came out in i think April, his newest run only has the Magnum Opus Graphic Novel (just came out today) and his secret invasion graphic novel which is also the start of his newest ongoing series.
Yeah i only have a few C&D comics, but some people dont like it b/c they feel he's too "campy" in their, basically they feel the writer made him randomly insane and took him out of character i guess really...
But hey everyone has different taste so those who dont like it, doesnt mean you wont...
