There have tons of comics & mangas based on Video game properties over the years. Most are released as one shot for as video game tie-ins & are forgotten. Some end up getting ongoing & multiple mini series , some notable comics & mangas with at least dozen issues are as follows -

I heard Mass Effect was pretty good. It was written by Drew Karpyshyn, the guy who wrote Knights of the Old Republic, Darth Bane Trilogy and the not very well received Revan novel(as far as I've seen).

Warcraft: Sunwell Trilogy was pretty damn good

Also you missed Ace Attorney and Kingdom Hearts which had pretty good manga adaptations

Pokemon Adventures was pretty good.
