I don't know much about eobard thawn but I do know alot about thanks and the annihilators , if they work together with thanks leading them and formulating a plan , then that would be a pretty effing formidable force , they should be remained team Beast lol but yeah thanos , Spiderman , captain marvels son and some other Heros where able to defeat a clone of thanos and galactus that was stated on panel to be twice the strength of a fully fed galactus , so I think second team has the potential to stomp , but I don't know enough about the first team , but yeah team two for the win

Just to be clear, whatever you may think of how Silver Surfer compares against the flashes in terms of speed, giving a bloodlusted Zoom an adamantium-tipped spear means this fight very quickly becomes Wally and Zoom vs just SS and Thanos as the rest of the Annihilators get their throats slit.

@cull_obsidian: I'd say definitely Beta Ray, though Kallark may have the durability & reactions that he can avoid getting fatally cut before he takes to the air. Zoom is absurdly fast though (and regarding durability, Wolverine has managed to stab him), so I wouldn't count on it.

It would kill Quasar, Beta Ray Bill, Gladiator and Nova, and Ronan I believe if Thawne decapitated them.Wolverine can nigh-effortlessly pierce them(something Logan did already to Gladiator) so someone going infinitely faster would do it with absolutely no effort

@reaverlation: They have the potential to regenerate, however I agree with this, but incap would only be the easiest win for them against those alone.

This. Wolverine's claws have already penetrated Thanos as well so Thawne is going to run them down before they react. Norrin might be able to regenerate but weather or not Thanos can is questionable given Death no longer rejects him so he's probably killable again.

Under these stipulations Thawne is pretty much impossible to effectively combat. Surfer and Thanos are the only ones who can arguably survive the initial onslaught - Thanos is particular I don't think would - but Wally and Thawne beat that duo.

Obviously Wally and Eobard blitz, speed steal till they're all statues then millions of imps a second or speed force dump them. Of course the adamantium spear adds to the spite.

On a more serious note, Team Thanos stomps so hard it's not funny. The annihilators are one of the most powerful teams from Marvel/DC (not to mention the speed of half of them) and you're giving them Thanos?

Half that team would die from Eobard and the adamantium spear.Thanos is really the reason why that team wins.

I've read many issues of Flash, love him as a character. Still doesn't change that he is nothing compared to Thanos or Surfer.

@reaverlation: Firstly that's against the rules anyway since he's never used it. Secondly no, Norrin has the speed feats to at least put up a good fight against either. So assuming at least Norrin and Thanos could hold up alone (heck they could probably win) having the other members to come in and help really just mean they wreck.

Lol like it takes a genius to use a spear.It's a spear not a Green Lantern ring.Norrin or anybody else on that team has no speed feat that measures up to Thawne and Wally fighting in the time span of less than a picosecond.Norrin and Thanos have the only means to survive decapitation

It really doesn't matter, Thanos has tanked shots from Surfer and slapped him around casually. Neither of them are on his level, the only way these two can beat this team is via the fanboys of comic vine.

No speed compared to actually fighting in the time span of less than a picosecond.Not thinking at those speeds, something Surfer has never done while Wally has several, but actually fighting.

No, he really can't. Especially not if he gets it in the brain. And Norrin can't beat either of the other two for the life of him. Thawne could de-age him into ash while Wally could straight up beat him to a pulp.
